On 6/21/2024 at 8:35 CST we had to do an unexpected reboot for server ra.serverhp.com and 3 to 4 minutes of downtime.
We should have all the settings now correct in the billing software. This evening we turned on the auto invoice and the system picked up a few invoices that had already been paid .....
We have changed our new billing and support application due to the 50% increase in cost from our prior system.
